Every week, I am asked some variation of "why will Rocketium go ahead and stay ahead of competitors?". We do not focus on competitors but this question deserves thought. People are happy when they hear:-

1. Our tech is patented

2. Our team has PhDs from top universities

3. Our advisors are top industry leaders

People are not happy when they hear:-

1. We are smart people who work well together 🏅

2. We are extremely customer-oriented 👫

3. We are innovative and unafraid to take risks 🎯

The reality is that advantages stemming from technology, early adoption, and funding become unimportant over time.

• Companies with a strong foundation and a relentless drive to become better every day will always overcome challengers.

• Companies that value their team and create an environment where people can do their best will always attract good talent.

• Companies open to changing based on customer feedback will always survive and thrive.

Living these principles daily helps us retain team members who joined us when we started 4 years ago, our very first customer is still with us, and the largest global businesses are our customers. This video is a brief glimpse into how we work.
